What does the price include? The price includes one day of rent and full insurance with franchise.

What is the franchise? The franchise is the maximum amount that the customer must pay in case the boat suffers damages during the rental period of the boat. At the time of formalization of the contract, the customer must leave a security deposit, either in cash or by credit card, which will be equal to the insurance franchise.

When can I pick up my boat? The ships will be delivered after 10.00 and until 14.00, when our office closes in its morning schedule. Due to the volume of vessels to be delivered, sometimes the waiting time is longer than desired.

Is the fuel included? The fuel is NOT included in the rental price, except for the model nautical title , Valiant 430 Comfort.

What is the price of fuel? Fuel consumption will depend on several factors, such as the speed of navigation, the number of people and the state of the sea, among others.

Do I need a nautical title to rent any type of boat? YES, it is necessary to present the nautical qualification according to the boat that must be rented, except for boats without nautical title, Valiant 430 Comfort.

What is the minimum age to rent a boat? The minimum age required to rent any of our boats is 18 years.

Can you pay by credit card? Yes, you can pay by credit card.

What is meant by a rental day? The rental day is the period between 10.00 and 19.00. The unjustified delay in the return of the boat in our facilities may result in a penalty proportional to the time exceeded.
